We are an ordinary couple and have 4 amazing kids ranging from 3 years old to 12 years old -  Jazlyn, Jasmyn, Isaac & Ivan. We have successfully build our first passive income from rental of properties that we have started since year 2003 . Juanita was a Marketing Manager from a property developer company while Ignatius was a Finance Manager from a multinational company before they have decided to quit their jobs after achieving financial independence from their property investments.

We successfully went from 0 to 13 properties in 4 and 1/2 years enjoying passive rental income from our properties investment and now starting to build additional passive income streams along the way. Our children are our precious assets and we want to spend quality time with them during their growing years.

Often we hear regrets from those who have spent most of their time chasing the ladder of success in their workplace to realize that they have neglected their loved ones and wished they had a second chance to live their lives differently over again. Therefore, we worked hard to build up our passive income while still earning our active income from our jobs in view of spending more time with our loved ones. We didn’t have much money when we started out our property investment but we have learned to invest with little or no money down from the knowledge that we have gained attending seminars from other Property Gurus. That’s why we always yearn to improve our knowledge continually by attending seminars which provide us with the insights and advices to invest properly and intelligently.

We will share the tips and strategies that we have used in our future postings in this blog. So stay tuned….
